Which browsers does billwerk support?
billwerk is a web application, and we strive to provide support for the most commonly used browsers.
The billwerk Admin UI & Customer Self-Service are supported in the following browsers, up to the two latest major versions:
Apple Safari
Google Chrome
Microsoft Edge
Mozilla Firefox (including latest extended support release (ESR))
Note
Please note:
(1) In order to ensure the safety and optimal experience for our customers, we do not endorse outdated browsers that no longer receive security updates and only account for a small percentage of web traffic.
(2) We aim to maintain compatibility with older versions of browsers for the Customer Self-Services, please note that we cannot guarantee full functionality in all cases.
Important: If there are any issues, we will respond to bug reports, but we do not actively test other browsers.
