Different filters descriptions
  • Date: You can change the date of your search range, if you have a specific date for the invoice created you can use the custom range.

  • Handle: Every invoice created gets an invoice number/handle, this handle is auto-created by Billwerk+ unless you have built your own integration. You would typically use this filter to find a specific invoice.

  • State: It is possible to search on a specific invoice state, this is particularly useful if you for instance would like to see all the invoices in the dunning state, etc. (see this article for the explanation of the different invoice states - insert link to article).

  • Exclude state: This filter is used if you would like to exclude a specific type of invoice state.

  • Customer: Just like all invoices get a number/handle so do all your customers, a search on a customer handle will give you all the invoices linked with the customer.

  • Subscription: All subscriptions get a personal handle, if you search on that handle you will be able to see all the invoices created by the subscription (regardless of invoice state).

  • Amount: With the amount filter, you are able to search invoices with a specific amount or in a range between amounts, when you do this all invoices matching the filter will be shown.

  • Refunded amount: With the refunded amount filter, you are able to search invoices with a specific refunded amount or in a range between amounts, when you do this all invoices matching the filter will be shown.

  • Authorized amount: With the authorized amount filter, you are able to search invoices with a specifically authorized amount or in a range between amounts, when you do this all invoices matching the filter will be shown.

  • Currency: If you have an account that processes different currencies, you can add a filter to show invoices created with a specific currency.
