Getting started

Here is a checklist on how to get started with setting up your Billwerk+ Optimize or Billwerk+ Pay account.

Setting up your account 

Create a Test Account

Please try everything out in your test account first to make sure that our platform fulfills your requirements and needs. Reach out to us in case of questions.You do not yet have a test account set up? Create one using the link on the right side.

Acquirer Agreement and Payment Methods

Select which payment methods best serve your market or your customer base.

We are happy to help you to apply for your acquirer agreement with our acquirers, in case you do not yet have any.Acquiring and Acquirer Agreement

Integrations/Developer - Documentation

Integrate your shop, your CRM or your accounting software with Billwerk+ Optimize. Our developer documentation helps you finding the right endpoints.

Migration of Existing Customers

Incase if you are currently using a different solution and wish to migrate, you can follow the instructions in the link on left . It will help you migrate existing customers and contracts to Billwerk+ Optimize independently.

Go Live

What to consider when going live?

  1. Choose your Product - Billwerk+ Optimize or Billwerk+ Pay

  2. Select the Plan

  3. Enter the payment information and hit submit

What information will be transferred from your test account to your live account?

Only the Product Catalogue and your users will be transferred 

All other settings and configurations have to be setup again in the live account
