Resend an email to a subscription customer
If you would like to send an email that bounced, you can do that on the Subscription Details page.
Go to Customers > Customers.
Double click on the customer you would like to send the email to.
Double click on the subscription in the Subscriptions box on the middle of the Customer Details page.
Scroll to the Emails box on the Subscription Details page.
Click on the icon.
On the Resend Email page.
Note
If you received a hard bounce, keep in mind to change the Email address of the Receiver before sending the email again.
Double check all the information.
Click on Confirm.
