You probably have some questions about our rebrand, we hope to answer them below.
We are excited to introduce Frisbii, the new unified brand that brings together Billwerk+ (an expert in cross-industry subscription management and payments (formerly Reepay)), plenigo (a digital and print media subscription specialist in Germany) and Sofacto (a French provider of a subscription management app for Salesforce), we are combining our strengths under one new brand.
While our name and look are evolving, our core mission remains the same: helping businesses simplify recurring revenue management through seamless subscriptions, billing, and payments.

What does this mean for you?
Same platform, new name: The Platform remains the same, but you’ll see our new name and branding in emails, dashboards, and communication. Further changes will be made to adopt the new brand during the next few months. I.e. new URL, etc.
No immediate action needed: Your contracts, integrations, and billing setups continue as usual.
Continued support: Our customer success and technical support teams are still here to help—just under a new brand.

Why did Billwerk+, plenigo, and Sofacto rebrand to Frisbii?
Over the years, we’ve expanded our capabilities and customer base across Europe. Bringing everything under one brand allows us to provide a clearer, stronger, and more unified experience.
What changes with the rebrand?
Our name and branding have changed to Frisbii.
Our dashboard styling and UI will gradually evolve to match our new look.
Our website and emails will reflect our new identity.
No immediate changes to pricing, contracts, or support.
Some help videos and documentation will still show Billwerk+ temporarily while we update content.
Will my contract change?
No, your contract remains valid under the same terms. But when it's time for renewal, you will sign a new Frisbii contract.
Will my invoices and billing statements be affected?
Your invoices and billing details remain the same. The only change is that you may see "Frisbii" instead of "Billwerk+” on future invoices.
Will the product change?
In the coming weeks, you will notice changes in colors, fonts, and logos in your merchant interface, however, all functionality will remain the same. The product you know will not change, but changes will be introduced to continue the migration to the new brand. E.g. urls.
Some areas may also refer to or display the Billwerk+ name temporarily—don’t worry, it’s all part of the transition!
We will communicate any specific changes we might need you to make in advance, with enough lead time-over the next few months.
Will the way I log in or access my account change?
Please log in to the platform using our new Frisbii URL

You should be able to login with your existing credentials as usual, but if you experience any problems please clear your cache and try again. If you continue to experience any problems please email support@frisbii.com.
Will my API access change?
Not at the moment; all existing API endpoints remain operational. We will be introducing our endpoints under the new brand and phasing out the old endpoints over time, but we will provide more information on this with a long lead time to migrate. We will be updating the API documentation to reflect the new brand.
Do I need to update my integrations?
No, your current integrations will continue working as before. We will be introducing endpoints under the new brand, but the phasing out of the current endpoints will have a long lead time.
Is there any downtime or migration required?
No, there is no downtime or migration required due to the rebrand. All services continue as usual.
What about the help center, video tutorials and documentation?
We are in the process of updating materials, but some videos, guides, and tooltips may still reference Billwerk+ or Reepay for a period. Rest assured that they remain accurate and valid.
We will be migrating all help center information and API documentation to a new Help Centre and will phase out the current sites over the coming months, with a long lead time.
We will communicate this change before we remove the old ones and redirect you to the new help center.
Will support channels change?
Our new support email is support@frisbii.com
Emails will be forwarded from the old support email accounts too, so rest assured that we won't lose any of your support cases.
We are updating our automated phone system, but existing numbers are still active.
